Optoelectronic nanomaterials and devices have emerged as a major technology and applications domain of nanoscience and technology, such as nanoelectronics and nanophotonics based on nanomaterials and organic semiconductors. With the rapid advancing of nanoscience and nanotechnology, printing technology becomes a critical approach for electronic device manufacturing. Presently, there are continuous callings for functional printing nanomaterials and novel printing technologies; at the same time, printed devices with unprecedented functions will certainly emerge.
Sub-conference topics include but not limited to:
1. Molecular electronics and spintronics: Molecular scaled devices such as light-emitting diodes, field-effect transistors, memory devices, single molecular devices, molecular shuttle, molecular machines, molecular spin valves and functional spintronic devices; 2.
