The Payment Method

Hotel Reservation Instructions

1.Participants can book a room after they have registered for the meeting, and only one room can be booked per person.
2.If you need book a room, please make a reservation as soon as possible after confirming the itinerary and complete the payment within the validity period of the order. After the payment is completed, the order status will be updated within 20 minutes. During peak periods of online payment, updates to order status may be delayed. Please do not repeat the payment. Orders that are not paid within the validity period will be automatically cancelled without notice, please understand.Order valid: 7 days before 7th August and 3 days after 7th August.
3.The booking deadline is 20th August. If cancellation or modification is required after payment, please contact the Housing Group by telephone before the deadline; Overdue orders cannot be changed or cancelled and the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
4.For unpaid orders, the representative may make changes prior to the booking deadline, and the system will take the final payment order information.
