Young scientists represent the future of nanoscience and nanotechnology. This sub-conference is held as the 8th Young Scientist Symposium of Nanoscience and Technology, an annual symposium founded by the Youth Innovation Promotion Association, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and her affiliate in National Center for Nanoscience and Technology. This forum aims to bring creative collisions of thinking and sparks of wisdom for the young scientists in nanoscience and technology. Topics include but are not limited to:
1. Nano-biotechnology and nanomedicine;
2. Biological safety of nanomaterials;
3. Nano-optoelectronics and devices;
4. Energy nanotechnology;
5. Synthesis, properties and applications of nanomaterials;
6. Nanotechnology for characterization and processing;
7. Theoretical and computational nanoscience.
